  • Military Storekeepers Quarters, Peel Street, Royal Engineer Workshops, Military Stores, Duddell's Road; and Non-Commissioned Officer's Quarters with Staff at Spring Gardens.
  • At Stanley: Barracks for Prisoners, with Hospital.
  • At Kowloon: Barracks for Troops, 50 Men.

For the Harbour:

  • One Powder Magazine in course of creation on Hill's Island.
  • H.M.S. Mauance, to be used for Hospital purposes.

N.B. Three wharfs, etc., were under the control of the War Department; no account thereof is incurred by the Colony.
