Misdemearrants into two classes,
14 Misdemeanants convicted of libel; and 2 Misdemeanant's convicted of other offences. And that whenever possible these two classes should be hejst separate...

Addendumi - The Justices also desire to express opinion, that as soon as possible the present plan of confinement for Female Criminals be altered to a suitable place within the walls of the Criminal Prison, it being tesiro ble to preserve the separation between Debtor and Criminal prisoner ..

Misdemeanants of the 12 blass shall not be

Prison Work, necessary for the preservation of the cleanliness and comfort of their bells; and other Misdemeanants except those sentenced to hard labor shall be put to such work as they may be fitted for, but shall not except for punishment be put breaking oakunn-picking
