Insert the several Establishments of Government, arranged according to Departments, including every Individual employed therein, with all the particulars specified in the several columns of the Return relative to the nature of their Duties, their Emoluments, Length of Service, &c.
Insert let, All the Officers of the Civil Departments.
2ndly, The Officers of the Judicial Departments.
3rdly, The Clergy.
Insert on the next leaf an Alphabetical List of all the Officers, and the Page in which their Office is described.

Under "Remarks" should be explained the nature of the duties performed by those Officers, the designation of whose Office does not sufficiently explain the functions attached
to them.
At the end of the Establishment insert a Special List of all those Officers who have given security for the due discharge of their duties.
