13. Is there a Chapel in the Prison, or is there a suitable apartment appropriated for the performance of Religious Services? How are the prisoners separated therein? The Riding School is separated by the Jailer and Turnkeys.
14. What Duties are performed by the Chaplain? What provision is made for the Instruction of the Prisoners; and are they supplied with Bibles and Religious Books and other suitable Books?
