State the Number of Regiments composing the Militia, and the Establishment of each Regiment, with its precise Name or Desiguation.

State the Period or Number of Days during which the Force is liable to be called out to be drilled.

State the actual Amount of the Expense which is incurred for the support of the Force; whether for the purchase of Arms, Equipments, Clothing, Ammunition, or for Pay.

State the Title and Date of the Act in force for regulating the Militia.
