this Rule, shall low the privilege of receiving or per • schating any

any wine or beer, for such a time as the Visiting Justices may deem proper, and be subject also to such privations or restraints as the said Justices may lawfully direct.

He shall, after a declaration to that effect, and on making it appear to the satisfaction of the Jailer or Veriting. Justices that he has no other

of support, received the Government allowance of food provided by theid Rules; but, if it chall appear that any Debtor is supplied with

any article therein enumerated by his friends, he shall be de barred from receiving the same from the Prison

allowance

The shell, as a general rule, be allowed to see his friends and relations during broad daylight; - that is, from sunrise to sunset. Temales will not be admitted to see Priconest, unless they be the wife or child of the Debtor. No vicit shall be allowed by any person of an idle or suspicious character, to be adjudged of by the Jailer!

The doors of the Irison will be opened at

Sunrise and closed at sunset, when all Prisoners will retire within the walls of the Prison. No Gambling whatever is allowed.
