The Sailer will visit the cells morning and evening. und satisfy himself of the safety of his prisoners. Hec. in l.recollect that the preservation of their health will mainly dle pond upon cleanliness of persons and a bode to which he will particularly direct his attention. Rules and Regulations to be observed by each Inmate of

the Debtor's Prison!

He shall make his bed or cause it to be made, and clean his room or cause it to be cleared, every morning - Akc. shall be required to keep himself clean and decent in his persons and conform to the Rules and Regulations here laud clown; and it shall be the curly of the Sailers to see that the shere are strictly adhered to.-
