The Debtors Prison outside the above walls is a very ... building and totally inapplicable to its present purpose, a portion of a house formerly used as private residence. That of the Sheriff generally, and of the Gaoler immediately. The Prisons are visited twice weekly by the Chief and Assistant Magistrate or Justice of the Peace.
