Despatch No111, 1850, ordering that the service and execution of all summons, writs, &c., issued under the Summary Jurisdiction of the Supreme Court according to Ordinance No5, be made by the Under Sheriff or other person appointed by the Court, who shall receive for every such service and execution in "China Mail" a fee of Fifty cents, and "sunset".
