Any Debtor transgressing this Rule, shall lose the privilege of receiving or purchasing any Wine or Beer, and be subject to such privations and restraints as the said Justices may lawfully direct for such a time as they may deem proper.

He shall, after a declaration to that effect, and making it appear to the satisfaction of the Gaoler or Visiting Justices that he has no other means of support, receive the Government allowance of food provided by these Rules; but if it shall appear that any Debtor is supplied with any one article therein enumerated, by his friends, he shall be debarred from receiving Prison allowance.

As a general rule, he shall be allowed to see his friends and relations during broad day-light, that is from sun-rise to sun-set. Females will not be admitted to see Prisoners, unless they be the wife or child of the Debtor. No visit shall be allowed by any person of an idle or suspicious character, to be adjudged of by the Gaoler.

The doors of the prison will be opened at sunrise, and closed at sunset, when all Prisoners will retire within the walls of the prison.

No gambling whatever is allowed.
