No article shall be given, sold to, or exchanged with, any other prisoner transgressing this Rule, shall be liable to such punishment as the Gaoler may direct; and any prisoner so offending shall lose the privilege of receiving or purchasing anything for such a time as the Visiting Justices may deem proper, and be subject also to such further restraints as the said justices may lawfully direct.
He shall, after a declaration to that effect, and on making it appear to the satisfaction of the said Visiting Justices that he has no other means of support or allowance of food provided by these Rules; but if it shall appear that any debtor is supplied with articles therein enumerated, by his friends, he shall be debarred from receiving the like allowance from the Government.
He shall, as a general Rule, be allowed to see his Friends or Relations, during broad day; that is from Sunrise to Sunset. No visits will be admitted to see Prisoners, unless they be Wife, or child of the Debtor. No visit shall be allowed by any person of idle or suspicious character, to be adjudged of by the Gaoler.
The doors of the prison will be opened at Sunrise, and closed at Sunset, when all Prisoners will retire within the walls of the prison.
No gambling whatever is allowed.
