Consisting of 3 Wings, A is not apart for felons or misdemeanantsemple will, each accommodate petty Prisoners.
Three new Buildings.
One Debtors' Prison.
One for female Prisoners.
One for labor. It has one large patio about and one subsidiary, and those rooms and prisoners committed to take their trial at the Supreme & Admiralty Courts are on the upper floor. The first are calculated to accommodate 120 persons.
