Are Dissenting Ministers allowed to have access to the Prisoners; and, if so, at what times, and under what restrictions?

ANSWERS.

Ar one or two occasions the prisoners have been supplied with suitable books by Dissenting Ministers, regularly.

Me Ministers of the Gospel are allowed to visit them, and occasionally Dissenting ministers have done so.
