5. Mr. E. J. Edwards, Senior Master, left the Colony on leave prior to retirement on 14th May. Mr. A. White, Headmaster, Ellis Kadoorie School for Indians, left on leave prior to retirement on 1st March. Miss M. Cooper, Headmistress, Kowloon Junior School retired on pension on the 24th October.
6. The following arrived from Home on appointment to the Department, Mr. A. J. Peaker (Assistant Instructor in Building), Mr. S. J. C. Burt (Instructor, Wireless Telegraphy), Miss J. M. Grieg (Physical Education), Miss M. F. D. Gemmell (Kindergarten), Miss D. M. Cavill (Kindergarten).
