Wong Nei Chong Valley was surveyed for layout and proposed new road from Blue Pool Road and to Tai Hang Road.
Kennedy Town, adjoining the new market, in connection with layout and drainage system.

Surveys were made and 1/2,400 scale plans prepared of the R.A.F. Officers' Quarters at Ngau Chi Wan (31 acres) and the portion of Kai Tak Airport occupied by the R.A.F. (331 acres).

Setting out Shek Wu Hui New Town-planning layout. Setting out proposed amended boundaries of W.D. Lot No. 32 (74.7 acres).
Setting out Mining Lot No. 3, Lin Ma Hang (1,346 acres).
Survey of Un Long district in connection with the new lay out scheme. Area 200 acres and chainage 115,900 feet.
Setting out and plotting at Taipo Market. Area surveyed and plotted 206 acres. Chainage 33,800 feet.
Surveyed and plotted Wan Chau Villages. Area 30 acres. Chainage 19,400 feet.
The height to which the sea rose at Taipo Market in the typhoon of September 2nd was determined 20.06 feet above O.D. or 16.37 feet above M.S.L. This is recorded in the China Light & Power Co.'s Office at Taipo Market.
20. Survey and preparation of plans of areas at Chung Hue South, Chung Hue North, Port Shelter, Green Island, Tytam Tuk, Overbays, Repulse Bay and Tytam Gap preparatory to transfer to Military Authorities.
21. Surveys were made in detail for plans to be attached to Crown Leases of 535 lots. These surveys entailed very accurate measurements of all boundaries, dimensions in every case being given to the nearest inch. Co-ordinate values of each angle of a lot were obtained and areas computed by double departures. Particulars of tenure, &c. were prepared in each case and forwarded to the Land Officer.
