123. Shek Tong Tsui Market - Latrine Conversion to Flush:-This work was referred to in paragraph 137 of last year's Report. The work which was completed in November consisted of the provision of four water-closets and one urinal.

124. Kam Wah Street-Flush Latrine:-Sketch plans were prepared to provide accommodation for twenty males and ten females with caretaker's quarters. A contract was let to Messrs. Kin Lee & Co., on 30th July and the work was satisfactorily completed on 16th December.

125. Jubilee Street Pier-Covered Entrance:-A contract for the construction of a reinforced concrete covered way and terminal facilities for the China Motor Bus Co., Ltd. was awarded to Messrs. Kwan On on the 6th May. The work was satisfactorily completed on the 4th September.

126. Government Quarry-Roofing Plant:-This work consisted of erecting a steel framed structure over the Mixing Plant at Tsat Tsz Mui Government Quarry. The contract was awarded to Messrs. Tak Hing & Co. in October. Work progressed satisfactorily and was completed in December.
