124. Latrines for two new Bathing Beaches-South of Repulse Bay: - The work consisted of the erection, in brickwork, of latrines at Middle Beach and South Beach. The contract was let to Messrs. Tak Hing & Co. on July 10th, 1935, and was completed satisfactorily on October 30th, 1935.

Cold Storage Rooms at Central Medical Store in Old Seamen's Institute, Wanchai: - This work consisted of the fitting up of an existing room at the Central Medical Store as a Cold Storage Chamber. A contract for the bricking up of existing window openings, the provision of cork insulation to floor, walls and ceiling, the fixing of shelves and the installation of refrigerating plant was let to Messrs. Jardine Engineering Corporation Limited on the 30th May and was completed satisfactorily on the 22nd August and handed over to the Medical Department.
