115. Water Works (a) Miscellaneous. The following works were carried out under this head. 1,230 feet of 4" cast iron main, 148 feet of 4″ wrought iron pipe and 157 feet of 3″ cast iron main were laid in Main Street, Aberdeen. 78 feet of 4" cast iron main were laid in Kam Wa Street, Shaukiwan. 4,231 feet of 3″ wrought iron pipe were laid in Mount Davis Road. 820 feet of 2″ wrought iron pipe were laid in Victoria Road from Mount Davis Road to the Gun Track. 2,238 feet of 3″ wrought iron pipe were laid in Coombe Road, Peak District.
A new chlorination house was built at Eastern Filter Beds.
