4. The Medical Officer and the Assistant Medical Officer (Schools) gave a very exhaustive series of lectures in Hygiene to all the "English" Teachers and to many of the "Vernacular" Teachers. Miss Swift assisted by Miss Lee continued the splendid work of Miss Jaques in instructing the Women "Vernacular" Teachers in Physical Training. The good results of their labours are now visible in many of the Private and Vernacular schools of the Colony.
5. All the examiners' reports are satisfactory—the Book-keeping and Electrical Engineering classes again show the best results.
