The building is of two stories and contains the following accommodation:--

Ground Floor, Two large and two small Wards, Delivery Theatre and Waiting Ward, Duty Room, Baths, Kitchens, etc. First Floor, 6 Single Wards, Delivery Theatre and Waiting Ward, Duty Room, Instruments Room, Ward Kitchen, Baths, Lavatories, etc.

Site Preparation was in progress throughout the year and a contract for the building of $163,353.48 was signed with Messrs. Sang Lee & Co. at the end of December.

The work was completed by the end of the year.
