The following numbers of Live Stock were in the Districts under the supervision of Sanitary Inspectors on 31/12/30.

INFECTIOUS DISEASE IN THE COLONY.
During the year 125 dogs were placed under observation on account of being suspected of being rabid. They were disposed of as follows:
Returned to owner Died Destroyed Sent to S.P.C.A, Dogs' Home Remaining under observation 95 1 18 3 87 dogs' brains were examined by the Government Bacteriologist for evidence of Rabies with two positive results.
