180. Kowloon Bay West Reclamation, 1st Section.-This work was reterred to in paragraphs 177 of the Report for 1923 and 181 of that for last year.

By the end of the year 32,577 c. yds. of rubble has been dumped. The work is now in abeyance pending a decision on the ultimate line of the sea-wall.
