173. Quarters for Clerical Staff--A scheme was prepared during the year comprising 66 three-room flats with 22 shops on the ground floor to be erected on the Western side of Nathan Road upon a site extending from Kan Su Street to Market Street.
The scheme generally was approved and working drawings were in course of preparation.
There was no expenditure under this heading.
