Land Sales, &c.

9. Grants on Nominal Terms.—An area of 90,900 sq. ft., known as Inland Lot 2579, was granted without premium for a period of 999 years to be used for the general purposes of the University of Hong Kong.

An area of 85,600 sq. ft., known as Shaukiwan Inland Lot 527, was granted to the Roman Catholic Missions for a period of 75 years for purposes of a preparatory school and quarters for the General Direction of the Order.

An area of 30,020 sq. ft., known as Kowloon Inland Lot 1625, was granted without premium to the Directors of the Young Men's Christian Association of Hong Kong for a term of 75 years, renewable, for the purpose of erecting a building for the European Y. M. C. A.
