For drunkenness there were 2 as against none in 1924, 98 for sleeping on duty as against 66, 29 for disorderly conduct as against 46, and 1151 for minor offences as against 1141, 246 men had no report as against 215 in 1924.

The behaviour of the Chinese (Wei-Hai-Wei) Contingent (average strength 319) was again disappointing. There were altogether 1025 reports as against 502.
