CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION DEPARTMENT.
1. Mr. T. H. King remained on duty as Director of Criminal Intelligence until 5th April, 1921, when he proceeded home on long leave. Mr. C. G. Perdue acted as Director of Criminal Intelligence during the remainder of the year, assisted by Mr. L. H. V. Booth with effect from 13th November, 1924.
2. The strength of the Criminal Investigation Department on 31st December, 1924, was :-
