Dr. D. J. Valentine resigned from 1st February.
Dr. B. H. Mellon appointed Health Officer of Port from 17th March vice Dr. F. T. Keyt, retired.
Capt. T. Fettes appointed temporary Second Health Officer of Port vice Dr. B. H. Mellon, promoted.
Mr. Tang Yau Ming appointed third grade clerk from 1st April vice Mr. To King Ki, transferred to New Territories.
Staff Nurse V. B. Scanlan resigned 1st May.
Dr. C. W. McKenny appointed to act as Principal Civil Medical Officer from 17th July when Dr. J. T. C. Johnson went on leave.
Lt.-Col. F. G. FitzGerald appointed temporary Medical Officer in Charge, Victoria Hospital, from 7th July.
Nursing Sisters B. Thomasson and A. L. Stewart resigned from 7th and 19th August respectively.
Nurse R. Tom promoted Staff Nurse from 1st September.
Mrs. E. T. King appointed Linen Maid vice Mrs. E. Allen, resigned.
Misses H. A. Smith and G. L. Murdock arrived in the Colony and appointed Nursing Sisters from 6th September and 10th October respectively.
Dr. K. C. Cheng appointed Chinese Medical Officer from 26th October.
Mr. F. P. Anslow appointed Steward from 28th November.
Nursing Sister E. A. Girling promoted to Assistant Matron from 1st December.
