Dr. D. J. Valentine resigned from 1st February.

Dr. B. H. Mellon appointed Health Officer of Port from 17th March vice Dr. F. T. Keyt, retired.

Capt. T. Fettes appointed temporary Second Health Officer of Port vice Dr. B. H. Mellon, promoted.

Mr. Tang Yau Ming appointed third grade clerk from 1st April vice Mr. To King Ki, transferred to New Territories.
