Road Improvements at East Point.—Contract Plans and Specifications, &c., were prepared for the cutting away of part of Inland Lot No. 29 and constructing retaining walls, &c., but the negotiations with Messrs. Jardine, Matheson & Co., Ltd., were not completed until 30th November. It was decided to delay operations until June of 1922 as Messrs. Jardine, Matheson & Co. wish their staff to be in occupation of the quarters affected, until then.
