1. Twenty-five (25) Government Launches received Coal or Oil fuel during the year. 5,200 tons of Coal was received into the depôt and 5,170 tons issued to Launches. 16,340 gallons of Oil fuel was received and 15,584 gallons issued to Motor launches.
2. Sixteen (16) Government Launches were slipped, aggregating 105 times, at regular intervals.
3. Yaumati being a large centre for all manner of native craft and the general condition of licensing, entry and clearance at the Yaumati Police Station being found unsatisfactory, it was decided to build a Junk office inside the Government Coal enclosure at Yaumati. This Office opened on the 1st November, 1920, under control of the Chief Junk Inspector and speedily justified its existence. Its convenience for native craft is much appreciated and the fees collected in 1921 show $18,900 as against $3,048 in 1920.
