LUNATIC ASYLUM.

REPORT BY DR. W. J. WOODMAN, Medical Officer.

During the year 1917 there were 214 patients under treatment of whom 112 were brought in by the Police.

There were 39 paying patients.

The deaths numbered 10 being 4.7% of the number under treatment (2.5 in 1916).
