Treasury figures however amounted to $9,969,515.92 and the difference $332,016.70 is due to the inclusion of Crown Agents' debits which were received during the early part of 1910 and booked against the 1909 account in the Treasury. The expenditure in column 5 has now been agreed in both accounts. The grant for the year was $2,100,000.00, the amount expended was $1,914,911.84.

The difference alluded to above added to this figure gives $2,266,928.54, the difference between columns 3 and 5.
