In reply to your despatch, No. 29, of the 16th October, 1902,* to which you called attention again by your despatch, No. 13, of the 14th October, 1903,† and which was, I find, delayed departmentally, I have the honour to forward copies of the various Acts relating to the status and disabilities of Asiatics in this State, enumerated on the attached schedule.
