Transmits copy of a letter from the Principal Medical Officer, proposing that Directors should be transferred in rotation between the Bacteriologi- cal Institutes of Ceylon, the Straits Settlements, and Hong Kong, with an additional term of teaching work at the London School of Tropical Medicine.
