An Act to amend "The Northern Territory Indian Immigration Act, 1882." [Reserved, December 23rd, 1890.]
Be it Enacted by the Governor of the Province of South Australia, by and with
the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly of the
said province, in this present Parliament assembled, as follows:
1. This Act may be cited for all purposes as "The Northern Territory Indian Short title Immigration Amendment Act, 1890," and, except so far as inconsistent therewith, and incor shall be incorporated and read as one with "The Northern Territory Indian Immi- poration. gration Act, 1882," hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

2. Section 6 of the principal Act is hereby repealed.

4. The Immigration Agent-General shall, from time to time, furnish the Copies of Government of India with a duplicate copy of any reports which, in the course of furnished to his duties under the principal Act, he may submit to the Governor, and notice of his Government suspension or removal shall be forthwith given to the Government of India.
I reserve this Act for the signification of the Queen's pleasure.
