You are hereby authorised and required to pay during the year 19. Personal Emoluments, Pensions, Allowances and other charges specified in the Schedule hereto annexed, as they become due, in accordance with the Laws and standing Financial Instructions of this Government.

And for so doing, this, together with the Accounts, Certificates, and Acquittances prescribed in the said Laws and Instructions, shall be your sufficient warrant and discharge.

(This Warrant, and the Schedule thereto, will be prepared by the Treasurer (or Auditor), in triplicate, and copies filed in the Office of the Colonial Secretary and the Treasury, one copy being furnished to the Audit Office with the accounts. The printed Estimates may be used for the Schedule, the necessary excisions or directions being made in red ink.)
