Boundaries of Area, First Quarter, 1915.

Western.-Beginning at the mouth of the Cul de Sac River, going northward along

the coast to Coubaril Point. Northern.-Eastward along the War Department road from Point Coubaril to the Anse la Raye high road to its junction with Victoria and Trois Pitons road to Piton Flore road as far as Forestière school-house. Eastern. Southward along the ridges to the top of Ravine Souffre, turn westward along Ravine Souffre to the bridge at Crown Lands, and onward to the Goldsworthy road at L'Abbaye house. Southern.-Westward along the Goldsworthy and eastern roads to Ferrands Bridge

thence along the Cul de Sac River to the sea.

APPENDIX B.

Boundaries of Area, Second Quarter, 1915.

Western. The coast line between the ridge separating Cul de Sac from Roseau and

Northern. Eastern.

Cul de Sac River.

The same as the southern boundary of area for the first quarter. Along the Sarrot high road to its junction with the Goldsworthy road at L'Abbaye, including L'Abbaye, and along the Goldsworthy road to the ford of Ravine Poisson.
