MALTA.
Payment of Moneys, Maturity of Bills, Banks.
(i) Proclamation XI., of 2nd August, 1914, postponing payment of moneys and extending the period of maturity of bills and other negotiable instruments.
(ii) Proclamation XIX., of 14th August, 1914, limiting the repayment of amounts due by banks and extending the maturity period of bills of exchange payable in the Colony.
