Requests views of the London Com- mittee on the proposed improvement and extension scheme, and informa- tion on the points specified; proposes an interview with Mr Lucas at which Sir F. Swettenham should be present.
Hopes to forward Mesara, Matthews and Nicholson's joint report in two or three weeks' time, and they will then be happy to wait on Mr. Lucas and Sir F. Swettenham.
