Transmita copy of a telegram from the Commander-in-Chief on the China station reporting the arrival of the crew of the "Burni" at Weihrïwei and proposing to send them to Hong Kong states that this proposal has been approved.

Transmits copy of a telegram from the Commander-in-Chief, China, report- ing the shipment of the crew of the "Burni" to Hong Kong, and request- ing instructions as to their internment at that place or elsewhere.

Transmits copy of telegram to Sir C. MacDonald notifying the internment of the crew at Weihaiwei and instruct- ing him to ascertain whether the Japanese Government would agree to their repatriation on the same terms as in the case of the "Varyag."

Transmite copy of a telegram from His Majesty's Minister at Tokio convey. ing the wish of the Japanese Govern- ment that the crew of the "Burni" should be interned until the end of the war; states that the Admiralty have been so informed.
