Whether escaped Prisoner of War might be seized on board British and neutral ships and whether neutral ships might be searched on suspicion that an escaped Prisoner of War is on board.

Bermuda Act providing for the punishment of persons

aiding Prisoners of War to escape. Proper manner of dealing with Burgher Prisoners of

War who refuse to take the Oath of Allegiance.
