Reports that Mr. Frank Watkins, Senior, an old and prominent settler in the Naivasha Province, has col- lected from his friends and neigh- bours in the districts of Solai and Molo about 46 tons of maize, to be utilized for Belgian refugees in England.
Asks that their most grateful thanks may be conveyed to Mr. Harcourt for his efforts in the matter of the gift of maize from the Naivasha Province, and that an expression of thanks may be forwarded to the contributors through the Governor.
Transmits a copy of No. 98, and requests that the Committee's thanks may be conveyed to the sub- scribers with an expression of Mr. Harcourt's appreciation of their gift.
