Moruga Estates.

1. Acreage.--Consisting of: "Las Almas," 233 acres 2 roods 27 poles; "La Fortune," 343 acres 3 roods 10 poles; "Sta Cecilia," 116 acres 2 roods 38 poles; total, 694 acres 1 rood 5 poles. Sta Cecilia" (about ten miles from "Las Almas ") and La Fortune (about three miles from "Las Almas") entirely in hands of contractors. "Las Almas," worked by owners.
