agreed to contribute £50 per annum to the Fund for a further period of five years.
States, in reply to No. 80, that Nigeria 28 has been asked to increase its grant. to £500, the East Africa Protectorate and Zanzibar have been asked to contribute £200 and £100 respec- tively, and the question of inviting contributions from Nyasaland and Uganda will be taken into considera- tion in connexion with the Estimates. for next year; observes that the other Colonial and Protectorate Govern- ments from which subscriptions are received have not been asked to increase their contributions; and trusts, in these circumstances, that their lordships will consent to renew. ing the grant of £1,000 from the Imperial Exchequer for a further period of five years.
