The Licensee shall pay into the Colonial Treasury, Stanley, Falkland Islands, or, with the approval of His Majesty's Principal Secretary of State for the Colonies, to the Crown Agents for the Colonies, White- hall Gardens, London, S.W., the sum of one hundred pounds, in con- sideration of this Licence, and this Licence shall have no effect until such sum of one hundred pounds has been paid as aforesaid.
2. The vessels
may be employed in taking whales under this Licence.
3. The limits within which whales may be taken under this Licence are the
