Clause 8. In the event of any disagreement between the parties hereto as to the meaning of any clause hereof or touching any matter arising out of the same or connected therewith and not by this deed expressly agreed or intended to be deter- mined by the Governor, the point in dispute shall be referred to a single arbitrator to be appointed by the Governor, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. The expenses of the arbitration shall be divided equally between the two parties.
