jesty's Pleasure; but if any Bill shall be either so assented to or reserved by him as aforesaid, an authentic Copy thereof shall, as soon as con- veniently practicable thereafter, be transmitted by him to One of Her Majesty's Principal Secretaries of State.
11. Any Bill so assented to as aforesaid shall thereupon take effect (subject always to the Provisions of this Act) as an Act of the Colonial Legislature; but it shall be lawful for Her Ma- jesty, at any Time after such Assent, and before the Expiration of Two Years from the Time when an authentic Copy of such Act shall have been received from the Governor by One of Her Ma- jesty's Principal Secretaries of State, to declare by Order in Council the Disallowance of such Act, unless an Intention not to disallow the same shall have been previously signified to the Governor, through any such Secretary of State; and such Disallowance, together with a Certificate under the Hand and Seal of such Secretary of State, certifying either that no such Copy has been received as aforesaid, or the Day on which the same has been so received, being signified by the Governor, by Speech or Message to the Legis- lative Body or either of the Legislative Bodies of the Colony, or by Proclamation, shall make void and annul the same Act from and after the Day of such Signification.
12. It shall be lawful for Her Majesty, at any Time within Two Years after an authentic Copy of any such reserved Bill as aforesaid shall have been received from the Governor by One of Her Majesty's Principal Secretaries of State, to declare by Order in Council Her Assent to such Bill; and on such Assent (together with a Certificate under the Hand and Seal of any such Secretary of State certifying the Day on which such Copy was received as aforesaid) being signified by the Governor, hy such Speech or Message, or Proclamation as aforesaid, such

Bill so assented to shall forthwith take effect (subject always to the Provisions of this Act),

13. It shall be lawful for Her Majesty in Informality Council, at any Time within Two Years after any larity in
or Irregu- Colonial Act shall have been assented to as passing Bill aforesaid by Her Majesty or the Governor of the established Colony, to receive any Evidence for the Purpose within Two of establishing that in relation to the passing of Years, such Act, or the assenting to or reserving the same, the Provisions of this or any other Act of Parliament, or of any Colonial Law, or of the Commission of the Governor, have not been duly observed, or that any other Irregularity or Infor- mality has taken place by means whereof the Validity of the said Act or any Part thereof, if allowed to stand as Law, might be open to Question; and it shall be further lawful for Her Majesty, in case such Irregularity or Informality shall be established by such Evidence as afore- said, to the Satisfaction of Her Majesty, by Order in Council to declare the said Act or Part thereof to be invalid, and in such Case such Act or Part thereof shall be and shall be deemed to have been absolutely null and void in the same Manner as if the same had never been passed; and every such Order in Council shall as soon as may be after the making thereof be signified by the said Governor by Message or Speech to the Legislative Body or one of the Legislative Bodies
of the Colony, or by Proclamation.
