and to inflict fines, shall at the end of each month, deposit in the chests of the corres- ponding district the sums which they may have collected, accompanied by advices in duplicate, on one of which the receipt of the sum will be acknowledged.
Article 66. The settlement of the sums which have to be delivered to the Zambezia Company shall be made up to the end of the month following that in which the amounts have been collected.
