Expresses regret that he has mistaken the date of the meeting of the Com- mittee and makes proposals for dividing the work of writing the lectures from that of preparing the slides.

States that the Committee agree in thinking that there should be a definite understanding as to the amount of output which will be forthcoming at a given date, but are willing to leave the arrangements to Mr. Mackinder.

Requests that £4 a quarter may be paid to Mr. H. J. Mackinder from the Princess of Wales's Fund for secre- tarial assistance, until further notice.
