Notifies approval of the Advisory Com- mittee to the recommendations of the Society as to the carrying on of further research work at the Entebbe Laboratory, and requests to be advised in detail of the arrangements proposed and the probable cost; enquires whether a report could be furnished on the recent investigations into sleeping sickness conducted by means of Uganda funds.

States that the reports of the Lecturers in Helminthology and Protozoology have been read with interest by the Advisory Committee and that the continuance of the ordinary grant of £1,000 a year for 1908 has been approved.

States that the reports on the work of the school for the period May 1 to October 31 have been read with interest by the Advisory Committee, and that they would be glad to receive any further information as to the facilities for clinical instruction available to pupils; sanctions the continuance of the ordinary grant of £500 a year, and requests the report desired in connection with the grant referred to in No. 57; adds that the Crown Agents have been authorized to pay £375 in respect of the period April 1 to December 31, 1908.

Enquires, on behalf of the Advisory Committee, whether Professor Min- chin can furnish any report on the work done by him, for inclusion in the annual report for 1907.
