[Railways in the British South Africa Company's Territories and the Bechuanaland Protectorate: draft Order in Council.]
Royal Courts of Justice, MY LORD,
11th November, 1908. We were honoured with your Lordship's commands, signified to us in Mr. Just's letter of the 15th October last, stating that he was directed by your Lordship to transmit to us a draft Order in Council relating to the railways in the territories of the British South Africa Company and Bechuanaland Protectorate.
That Mr. Just was to ask whether we considered the draft Order sufficient and proper for the purposes intended.
We have taken the matter into our consideration, and, in obedience to your Lordship's commands, have the honour to

That, in our opinion, the terms of the draft Order in Council* which we have initialled are sufficient and proper for the purposes intended.
